EOS® = Entrepreneurial Operating System®
A practical, real-world approach to improving your business
You need a framework to achieve your vision
EOS is a complete business operating system for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams. It was designed by Gino Wickman, an entrepreneur himself. Gino has devoted his life to working with other entrepreneurs and to understanding the science of business. The power of EOS is that it is real world, simple and practical, with field-tested tools that really work.
On average, leaders tend to grapple with about 136 issues simultaneously, so it can be a daunting task to take the time needed to implement an operating system. Our mantra is often “as goes the leadership team so goes the rest of the organization. So, if you don’t have focused plan, unlikely your company will find the success you desire.
Collectively, EOS Implementers®, such as myself, have delivered over 54,750 full-day sessions to leadership teams from over 7,670 companies. We focus on:

Key Component 1: Vision
Strengthening this component means getting everyone in the organization 100-percent on the same page with where you’re going and how you’re going to get there.
Key Component 2: People
Surround yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without great people.
Key Component 3: Data
Cut through all the feelings, personalities, opinions and egos and boiling your organization down to a handful of objective numbers that provide you a fact-based picture of where things are.
When these three components become stronger, you start to create an open and honest organization where everything becomes more visible and you start to “smoke out all the issues”, which leads to the 4th Key Component.
Key Component 4: Issues
Strengthening this component means becoming great at solving problems throughout the organization – setting them up, knocking them down and making them go away forever.
Key Component 5: Process
The secret ingredient in your organization. This means “systemizing” your business by identifying and documenting the core processes that define your way to run your business – getting everyone on the same page with what the essential procedural steps are in your core processes and then getting everyone to follow them so you create consistency and scalability in your organization.
Key Component 6: Traction®
Bring discipline and accountability into the organization – becoming great at execution – taking the vision down to the ground and making it real.
